HOW DOES CHIPWERKE INCREASE ’S POWER OUTPUT

Nearly all manufacturers build engines and offer different power outputs for their vehicles and trim levels. The base hardware is almost always the same for the same turbocharged engine families, and manufacturers offer different outputs with software changes.

ChipWerke is a piggyback chip tuning for turbocharged vehicles. It offers safe and remarkable power gains by removing the manufacturer’s restrictions. The unit accomplishes this by altering the readings from multiple sensors before they go into the stock ECU. The unit works within the engine’s capacity and does not harm or strain the engine for extreme outputs.

ChipWerke comes with mapping specific to your . You can select from seven levels to fine-tune the engine output for your driving needs. You can control the unit from your phone with our free mobile app. If you need even more power, you can order Stage 2 mapping and get it over the air without visiting any garage or store!

The unit connects with the OEM connectors provided in the box. The installation process is quite simple and DIY-friendly if you have the required tools. In addition, ChipWerke works without permanently changing anything on the ECU, so it does not void your vehicle’s warranty.

EASY TO INSTALL - PLUG & PLAY

ChipWerke is designed specifically for your Audi A3 - 8P ( 2010 - 2013 ) - 2.0 TDI - 140hp - AAA 2 and connects through a bypass method at several different points in the engine bay, such as the turbocharger, common-rail fuel system, mass airflow meter (MAF sensor), or crankshaft sensor. The guide included in the package shows specific installation instructions for your vehicle. Installation is extremely simple in almost all applications.

WHAT IS PIGGYBACK?

Vehicle manufacturers often use identical hardware but different software on their engine variants to offer different power outputs. Piggyback tuning solutions unlock the potential power output by modifying the signal readings that go into the ECU.

Piggy back units increase horsepower and torque outputs only by modifying electronic signals, not by making any permanent changes to the vehicle’s components or stock settings. These systems are installed between the ECU and several sensors and do not require extensive modifications or permanent changes to the vehicle or the engine compartment.
