Return and Exchange Policy
What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you're looking to return or exchange your Pedal Commander for whatever reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange with a different ChipWerke (no charge) or a refund to the original payment method.
If the returned product is damaged, you may qualify for a partial refund. We will assess the conditions once we receive the product back and will notify you in case that return is not qualified for a full refund.
How do I return?
- Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for your return form and RMA.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Units in their original condition with no damage to the cables or unit itself.
- In the original ChipWerke packaging with serial numbers uncovered.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- ChipWerke accessories
The item I received is damaged!
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
- We allow the exchange from purchased ChipWerke units. Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported by:
- Refund to the original payment method.
How do I ship back the items?
- For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval. Once the return has been received and approved by our customer service team, the customer will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase. There are no refunds on shipping.
